Former Whitby Town manager Chris Hardy talks to Paul Connolly and Daniel Kendall in a two-part series finale. 'Chardy' talks about his early days in management in the Teesside League, before taking steps towards the hot seat at Guisborough Town. While with the Priorymen, Hardy enjoyed numerous successions including promotion and North Riding Senior Cup wins, before moving on to Whitby Town in the Northern Premier League. In part one, Hardy reflects on his early days at the Turnbull Ground, keeping the Blues in the NPL before almost achieving a play-off berth the following season. He also looks back on a difficult second season, reflecting on a number of problems that led to him having to change his managerial approach.
