She is also a lecturer at the University College Cork School of Medicine and contributes regularly to the media, including slots on "The Last Word" on Today FM and "The Today Show" on RTE 1. Beyond her medical practice, she has a strong presence on social media, where she educates and engages with her followers. Recently, she developed a range of supplements called "Supplements Made Simple," which aims to provide meaningful health benefits based on scientific evidence.
