The holidays aren't always merry, bright and full of jolly cheer. They can be a hard time of year. Loneliness, memories of loss, longer darker days or any other reason, can make this season a tough one for some folks. 



If you've struggled over the holidays or notice you slip into numbing out coping patterns during this season this is a little love letter to your heart from mine.

• Dealing with big emotions over the holidays

• When the mind dominates the emotions vs getting in approval of your emotions

• Numbing out over the holidays, why it happens and how to navigate it with awareness and intentionality and NO SHAMING.

• How to set up important conversations from a place of reverence

• The importance of becoming a compassionate witness to your experience over the holidays.
