Stephanie Brown brings a wealth of experience as both a seasoned leader and a personal growth innovator.  Her impressive 33-year tenure at IBM qualifies her to speak to the diverse challenges that corporate women face; Stephanie has learned that you have to ask for what you want, and as you continually show up honestly and openly, you can usually get it. 

Stephanie started her coaching business as a side gig shortly before retiring from IBM and having a moment of truth in front of her vision board that had languished into non-achievement. 

She quickly committed to being authentic to herself and the things she desired in her heart; in the process, she found her niche when she had over 20 corporate women show up to a coaching session originally planned to be a 1:1 meeting with a friend who had reached out to her for support about being stressed out at her corporate job and personal life challenges. 

The name of her coaching business: ‘Her Authenticity’ was divinely unfolded to her, as her message to all corporate women is to be authentic and live their faith in the marketplace.  Stephanie now works her coaching business alongside a position at a start-up company that helps other start-up companies build, scale, and sell their business.  Because she brings so much value to the table, she has been able to build her coaching business while also serving as the Director of Project Management with her current employer; she was able to negotiate this with her employer as part of her contract agreement.
