Bike builder and local Wellington legend Pat Crowe Rishworth joins Nick for a chat about Elimination and Points races. You'll almost certainly find these on your local track racing programme, but they are easy to stuff up. Nick and Pat talk through some ideas and strategies to think about for your next event.
Pat has won Wellington's Laykold Cup Scratch - the oldest surviving race on the track cycling calendar in New Zealand, and is known for his alternative, occasionally befuddling, yet often successful race moves.
