The unfortunate John Hector McFarlane seeks the aid of Mr. Sherlock Holmes after he's accused of murdering the well known builder, Mr. Jonas Oldacre. With the evidence entirely in Inspector Lestrade's corner, Holmes and Watson desperately try to help Macfarlane prove he's innocent of the murder of The Norwood Builder.

"The Norwood Builder" was first broadcast on ITV, on September 8th, 1985, and is based off the Sir Arthur Conan Doyle story of the same name.
