Matt (@Matt_Noskow) and Dom (@DomPasta) preview two interesting divisions with a lot of future studs in the NL and AL Central as well as discuss projected win totals and some of off-season reviews. The NL Central has a mixed bag of teams with the only sure bet in the division is that the Pirates are gonna stink! With the AL Central, Dom raves about his Royals and his points are fairly warranted this season, but they will not be nearly as good as the division favorite Chicago White Sox.
