Coffee Underground is a local coffee shop in Columbus, Ohio located in the basement of Indianola Church. Josh Blakemore is the manager and appears in this episode as the main guest. Josh has been a good friend of mine since I started coming to the coffee shop and I am excited for you to hear from him in this episode. This episode also includes snippets from a coffee cupping which is like beer or wine tasting for coffee. I hope you enjoy and hopefully learn something, either way just make sure to aerate your palate!

This episode was a lot of fun to make and a long time coming. Special thanks to all the baristas you hear in the episode and who make my crazy drinks at CU.
