Philadelphia County Rep. DANILO BURGOS may just be on to something...his recent bill will revoke the licenses of any PA cannabis companies that have ties to Russia.  

But None of the cannabis brands in PA would have any ties to distant Russia right?  RIGHT?!?!
Well...it seems there may be some truth to it.  Is our weed financed by Russian Coin?
