Cocktail of the Week - Blackberry Pear Bellini 

3 oz Gin 
1/3 oz Blackberry Brandy
2/3 oz Pear Juice
Champagne - chilled, to top
1 Blackberry - for garnish
Add gin, pear juice, and blackberry brandy to a chilled champagne flute. Fill with chilled champagne. Garnish with a blackberry.
