Throughout their time together, Abby shares her experience and compelling perspective as an Ethiopian and African-American woman, mother, and teacher living in our contemporary landscape. Among the topics discussed are anti-racism in education, representation and why it is essential in the classroom, and the importance of collaboration and community.
