Yes Happy Holidays indeed, but my focus is Happy Health!

Especially this time of year when we are racing the clock to get things done because the new year is approaching, remember that a new year does sometime mean a clean start, however there can't be a start in the new year if you're not taking care of you!

Sit down and grab a coffee, latte or tea...or if you have a toddler or more than one running around I understand the vino, and listen to what I have to say.  Listen to why I am the way I am other than the fact I can't help being loud because I am Italian and Puerto Rican.  It's important to sometimes hear that you need you and you NEED to take care of you.  

Plus, as promised a little intro into my book that I did not forgot to debut.
