Back to 2019, and a show about Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation - when companies take activists to court to stifle protest and repress public debate. We hear what are SLAPP suits and why are they a problem from "bush lawyer" Greg Ogle, and then the different experiences from Adam Burling who was sued by woodchipping company Gunns, Shae Anderson who was sued by McDonalds, and Sadie Jones who was being sued by coal freight company Aurizon.
