1.食物來源: 原型食物、少加調味、避免精緻糖類、不要亂補。
2.維持理想體重。
3.食物處理方式: 盡量避免增加手部負擔的工作(比如炒菜、顛鍋),購買已經處理好的食物、思考多道菜同時上桌的烹調方式。
4.可以選擇特殊餐具減少手部負擔。
