Managing a world-championship-winning machine, like Team Associated, is no mean feat. The man with the responsibility is Brent Thielke, and Brent joined me for in the commentary booth during 4WD practice at the 1/10th Offroad IFMAR Worlds at Hills Offroad RC in Sydney. We chatted about the event itself, what it takes to manage the team, working with new EP Buggy and now 4WD World Champ Marcus Kaerup, and plenty more.
