"Every hero needs a Sam." I am joined by Ryan Arneson, a gamer dad, who is living with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ( ADHD ). Ryan has tried many apps to help him focus and stay productive but they always fell short. So he has developed ModernSam, an app for people with ADHD to build their productivity and self-care using the power of gamification.
