In this Episode, we speak with PHD, author, teacher and Master Builder Anne Parker about Sacred Sites, Sacred Geometry & Geomancy.

About Anne Parker:

Anne Z. Parker is Professor of Environmental Studies at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, USA. A hunger to learn from traditions that hold reverence for the earth led her to live with and learn from communities throughout the Himalayan region and among Aboriginal communities in Australia over many years. Anne also trained as a Druid in the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids, in her own European ancestral lineage. She is the author of Stories from the Originand Multi-ethnic Interface in Eastern Nepal, and co-author of Earth Alchemy, Secrets of Sacred Geometry, and the forthcoming monograph An Exploration of Sacred Geometry of Stupas in Bhutan. She studies sacred sites internationally and consults on building harmonization and site design. Anne is passionate about serving life and renewing our connection to and reverence for the living Earth.

During our conversation, Anne shares with us about her research on sacred sites, sacred geometry and geomancy. She shares her insights and wisdom about their healing energies and sacred geometrical patterns. We tap into what happens at sacred sites, and what is the effect on the visitors. We talk about the relationship and connection with the earth and how these sites capture the energy of the earth below them to make it available for healing. Anne explains what Geomancy is, and how we can use our body as a tool to interpret, feel and experience these energies. We share about the magic of stones, magnetic sites and she offers practical tools on how to build/design energetic and sacred sites in our homes and offices.
