In today`s episode, we invited Dr. Hemant Naikare (University of Minnesota VDL director) to discuss collaborative projects for the swine industry, strategies to recruit folks from rural communities to work on food animal health, how to engage students in the laboratory/diagnostic career, and the importance of veterinary diagnostic laboratories for public health.
