It’s really over.
This episode really hit home for me. I felt compelled to let you into my world a bit further. This was exactly how it happened, right before jumping off what felt like a cliff with rocks at the bottom.
I can remember the details so vividly, the conversations, how I felt and the moments leading to the chaos of hell that once consumed my life daily. I can piece together the reality and almost feel the anxiety creep into my chest, as I write these words.
