After a month and a half of round-the-clock inspections, SEPTA says the Regional Rail car inspections ordered by the feds are finished. But that doesn’t mean riders will see immediate relief from canceled and crowded trains. KYW’s Mike DeNardo reports.

One of the defendants arrested for fatally shooting Philadelphia police Sergeant Richard Mendez and wounding his partner two years ago took the stand Friday against his co-defendants.
