Be Warned this is a very open episode...
Leadership is a decision that has to be made. You can actually craft, mold, and grow into a leader but it still requires a decision.
When driving back from working away we came on a car crash. 1 guy pinned in the car that had gone end over end a few times, another laying on the windscreen 50 meters down the road in the middle...
We were the second group on the scene. as soon as I stepped out of that car I knew I had to take control (even though I was much younger) with no phone service, peoples lives were at stake... long story short we were able to secure the scene, free the guy pinned in his car, discovered another who had wandered off into the bush, and despite giving 45 mins of CPR to the guy in the middle of the road when the ambulance arrived they pronounced him dead on arrival... meaning he passed as I gave him CPR!
