In 2018 he left his W2 after 5 years with a firm in Big Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to pursue his interests in real estate. After an year of more learning it was clear that he’d focus on large multifamily (aka Apartment) Investing and started building the processes and systems for his company, Smart Capital, with a vision of helping other busy professionals diversify their investment portfolio by passively investing in real estate syndication.
