In our Leadership topic of the month, I discuss the dangers of watering dead grass in your yard i.e. focusing on the people who are doing wrong, to the detriment of those that are doing right.
Lastly, our topic of the week is Cheat Codes for Life. We discuss the notion that society today has made people disenchanted with living and learning through experience. Today the answers to life's questions are requested and provided up front. Is that how we want to live?
