Description

Katherine is a wife to Steven and a mom to Everett (almost 4) and Rebekah (2). She lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she is a second-year graduate SLP student at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She is a stroke survivor and someone who lives with aphasia. She loves to read, play board games, and be in the mountains. Her dream is to work in acute care where she can give back to other stroke and TBI survivors. Her favorite subjects in graduate school are neurogenic communication disorders, AAC, motor speech disorders, and dysphagia.
