Are you functioning in a High Functional space Depression? It's not severe enough to be diagnosed as clinical but it should be. Tips to help: Talk with a therapist. Adding exercise to your daily routine. Setting daily goals. Improve your diet (which doesn't just include food.) Having a consistent sleep schedule. Reduce your intake of alcohol and drugs. Find a good support group. Meditation helps, start out doing 5mins and add a extra each time! I believe in you - Andrea
