It’s been a while since I’ve published a SOLO episode – so, here we go!  

During this episode, I talk all things healthy travel.  I get asked almost every single day, “How do you do it?”  Yes, it’s actually true, I travel 50 out of 52 weeks of the year, have logged over 10 million air travel miles and I have found the tips and tricks to keep my stamina up and stay healthy and happy on the road!  

Being a global citizen and road warrior is just a part of my DNA.  

Maybe you don’t travel quite as much as I do, but I know you will take away something that can make your life easier on your next trip!
