From the perspective of Aiden's dad, 'It's out of sheer instincts for survival that we share these stories of adversity and triumphs. When our minds scream for us to give up, we know that to give in would be to be to allow the darkness to gain ground. We struggle to do basic things, every task a fight, but we fight to exist, and to be seen. Don't judge what you don't understand.
