Description
We speak with Russell Cairns (aka Rusty) as he describes how he teaches 900 elementary students coding, robotics and more. Working as a K-6 RFF teacher, Rusty is a specialist STEAM Coach, who teaches the subject digital technology. He also runs lunchtime Minecraft, Robotics, 3D printing, Digital Arts and supports STEAM clubs. Russell strives to drive change through community-building events for teachers and students in Makerspaces and Edtech.
