Or in other words, I teach you to work with the moon cycle in a way that embraces focusing our attention and work both outward AND inward, honoring both work and rest, pushing and playing, challenging ourselves and deeply replenishing ourselves. I give you a quick framework for a mini ritual at every phase of the moon cycle, and a bigger overview of how to work with the energy of the moon AND your own energy and inner wisdom. Working with the moon means we both get to push hard for our goals and dreams, AND practice excellent self care and heal our inner selves. We don't have to do it all AT ONCE and we don't have to sacrifice one for the other.
