We’ve been honoured on past episodes of having paramedics, police officers, firefighters, correctional officers, military personnel and civilians on the podcast, as well as a number of people from the healing professions who help us to heal from our traumas.
But we’ve never had an emergency communicator, or dispatcher as they used to be called, as a guest on the podcast.
I’d like you to join me in welcoming Nadine Leduc to the show and to listen to what she, and her research have to say about the problems that face our emergency communicators. Problems that largely arise from the toxic environments that their leaders and consequently their organizations have created.
