Winnipeg 911 Communications Operator Michael Grosvenor joined us to talk about what they do to help guide you through an emergency. This is an actual call from a woman who must perform CPR on her husband. Thanks to the 911 operator, she saved his life! We salute the men and women of the communications centre as we mark National Public SafetyTelecommunicators Week.
