When questioned about his attendance at team practices, AI went on a crazy rant stating: "We talkin' 'bout practice. Not a game. Not a game. Practice." AI couldn't believe that the press would try to rake him over the coals for missing practice. I mean...it wasn't a game. What more would you want from him? He was THE franchise player for the 76ers!
But practice is important, right? Practice helps us to develop and mature. Without practice, we wouldn't grow...we'd stay stagnant. And we believe that the same is true of the Christian life.
