Jesus had emotions, too. Crazy, huh? Sometimes it can be easy to overlook the fact that Jesus had to navigate the same emotional currents that we all have to navigate. But as the author of the book of Hebrews says, Jesus is our Great High Priest - the ONE who can sympathize with us in EVERY WAY. That means that Jesus knows what it is like to have emotions and desires. And not only does He know what it's like to have them...He also cares about YOUR emotions and desires.
