She is a DNP student on her way to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Secretary of the GNA, Director of New Graduates, and all because she considers herself a “yes” person! Katelyn shows us that saying yes to opportunities, even if you are scared or don’t know what to expect, are well worth it. We also dive into why she wanted to enter the nursing field, her doctoral project on legislative policy and how it relates to nursing, joining a nursing committee and the benefits of it, and more.
