Landing in the industry by chance, Shannon's story is one of our favourites. She has now been in the Construction & Development world for 18 years in the mixed-use vertical community space, with an impressive 70+ projects under her belt.

Starting as a site clerk and working through the ranks, Shannon is currently Senior Director of Project & Development Services at Canderel, where she manages the in-house project management team.
