Elke is the founder of Rubath Wealth, a Toronto-based insurance and wealth management advisory firm. A lawyer by training, she is currently the Board Chair at Lycée Français de Toronto, a member of the Professional Advisory Council at SickKids Foundation, and a Co-Founder and Chair of Fashion Heals in support of SickKids. She previously served as Vice-Chair of the Breast Cancer Society of Canada and sat on the Board of Directors at the Toronto Parking Authority.
