Healthcare professionals have been put in a very difficult situation, and have to make very difficult decisions on which patients receive treatment and equipment and which patients do not. Dr. Sisti is an assistant professor and director of the Scattergood Program for Applied Ethics of Behavioral Health Care in the Department of Medical Ethics & Health Policy at the University of Pennsylvania.
