Welcome to Season 3, Episode 7 of the podcast!
Today’s episode is lectio divina on Matthew 11:28 with Rae. This recording comes from our daily meditation sessions at Shambhala in Your Heart festival in Chiang Dao, Thailand, so you may hear some festival noise in the background. Rae has also chosen some simpler English words for the verse to make it more accessible to those who spoke English on a simpler level.
Each meditation we offer has three parts.
First, Rae will offer some exercises to help you find quiet readiness for meditation.
Second, she will guide you through the verses with lots of space for your own contemplation.
And third, we encourage you to process your meditation by sharing your experience and thoughts— if you are meditating with others—or journaling or recording your experience in some way if you are meditating on your own.
