Description

In this episode, we talk about the conclusion of the Brenner v. Oregon/NCAA case and the finding that the NCAA was negligent but no damages were paid. We discuss allegations against Alabama tampering with recruits. Coach Saban denies it but says that it is hard to control third-parties. The NCAA issues new NIL guidelines and starts to put some rules in place to help calm the NIL storm!
