Season Two, Chapter Seven: Made of Rations
Update: 2019-08-11
Description
Join us at just over the halfway point in episode 7 as our gang continue to press south in this actual play D&D campaign. Featuring Sam Went as Dungeon Master, Lachlan as Durr Thomas, Emma as Lilliput Cogglenut, George as Hijo Deunamujerenferma and Alex as the Moral Ghost/Rules Monster. Edited by Amy Larham.
Story
Having narrowly beaten yet another product of the unforgiving lands of winter, the gang realises how desperate they are as they consider not only cannibalism, but tenderising and marinating their people-meat. Continuing through the harsh climate, tough decisions need to be made in order to ensure survival.
Quotes
George: I’m having a horrible fever dream where Frasier is holding me in his arms and whispering ‘Yeah, maybe I won’t save you.’
***
Sam: In season 1 the ghost was moral, in season 2 he’s just critical!

Friends of Infinite Deer:
This week we are pleased to promote our friends over at Lawful Stupid! Listen for their promo halfway through the episode and be sure to check them out on Twitter at @StupidLawful!
And finally, thank you to our fans and listeners! If you like the Infinite Deer podcast please don’t forget to rate, review, and subscribe to future episodes. Infinite Deer would like to take this opportunity to remind you that not only is cannibalism illegal in most countries, but carries the risk of prion-related diseases such as kuru. Although this may be mitigated by being a centaur and/or avoiding brain tissue, we would advise against it. Unless you’re already Hijo, in which case you may not stand to lose much from a neurodegenerative disease.
