Employees of Urban Watch Security, a company providing security services to schools in Gauteng, have accused the firm of failing to pay their salaries for seven months. The workers also claim their contracts were abruptly terminated. Urban Watch Security has denied the allegations, stating that delays in payments from the Department of Basic Education are to blame.
