The Graduate Dentist has always been a community for grads, by grads, and it really wouldn’t be where it is today without the people who contribute to it. One of those people, who’s been there since the very beginning, is Dr Adi Sawant.

As someone who openly shares his cases and experiences online, contributes actively to our Discord community, and now helps teach dentists across Australia, Adi brings an enthusiasm for dentistry that’s genuinely infectious.

In this episode, we dive into his mindset, and as our conversation unfolded, it became really apparent what’s led Adi to where he is today. It’s his proactiveness and glass half full approach to life - from upskilling and seeking mentorship, to working with his team and communicating with patients. Adi is solutions-oriented, a natural problem solver, and someone who consistently seeks out opportunities.
