Ming Bagaforo is an Art Director by day and a small business owner slash nail fairy by night. In this episode Ming shares how growing without her father made her seek attention from men for validation; how leaning on strong, empowered women like her mother, friends and co-workers helped her realize she had all the support she needed; and how thrusting herself into her passion for nail art, kept dark thoughts away and grew into a successful business after a heartbreak.
