Description

The culture and philosophy of white supremacy that existed in the South prior to the end of the Civil War didn't end with the South's defeat. Many of the evils of slavery were repackaged and absorbed by the system that replaced it... segregation.

This episode follows the beginnings of the freedom movement that took place in St. Augustine Florida between the years 1963-1965.

This is part two of a three part series on the freedom movement in St. Augustine.
