In this Episode I dig into the subject of forgiveness.
Forgiveness is a healing tool but can often be the hardest to address in the podcast I go through it all and give you a 4 Step Framework I use.
This is the first step to self worth
1. Identify Baggage
Make a list of resentments and hurt that are effecting your joy then sit still for 5 minutes, eyes closed and do this process:
2. Visualise the source
- Imagine the person, even if the person is you, you need to forgive yourself as well. - Explain why you feel hurt
3. Hear the explanation
- listen to the explanation
4. Let go
Using the exhale, let go of bitterness, guilt, anger.
As first this might be hard, but keep doing it for 1 week- 40 days.
