This is episode one of my first ever self talk series. I wake up Monday through Friday at 3:30 AM. I am constantly bombarded with questions like, what time I go to bed? How am I able to wake up so early? What do I do when I wake up?


So I decided to create this sleep episode. I fully break down why I wake up so early, what time I go to bed, and share about my morning routine and how it helps me get energized first thing in the morning to #wintheday !
