This episode we’ll keep chatting about the Sentencing Act 1991 (Vic) by continuing to look at all of the detail of available dispositions under the Act, No notes this episode for the last time, but you’ll just need the Act in front of you. In out next episode, we’ll wrap up sentencing, and start our sprint to the finish by looking at the Civil Procedure Act.
