In the wake of the VBS Bank scandal which was revealed in "The Great Bank Heist" report by Advocate Terry Mudau and Werksman Attorneys, the seems to be blurred lines that existed on the functions of each of the role players, who separately had different functions and were charged with governance and responsibility. We attempt to unpack these roles with the Ms. Kantha Naiker, and Accountant and Executive in her own right.
