The countdown to training camp continues, and on today's episode Matt and Blake listen in on Kevin Lankinen's comments on the season to come. The guys debate the division of workload between Lankinen and Demko, and what that could mean for the overall success of the team. Devils centre Jack Hughes spoke about his desire to play with brother Quinn, so needless to say, the show takes on the evergreen worry for Canucks fans and whether it's truly a concern for the season. Also, after the comments from Sidney Crosby's agent, the boys look at whether the Canucks could possibly make a trade pitch for number 87. Elite Prospects' Cam Robinson makes his season debut, and talks about the EP40 bulk-up, and what it might mean for the player and team. Cam also addresses the Canucks' goaltending approach, the overall prospects depth, and a possible surprise performer at training camp. Then the guys wrap things up with some football, baseball and soccer news inlcuding a pair of Lions signings. The Whitecaps are en route to another sell out but without Ryan Gauld, and the Jays and M's try to keep the drive alive.
