In this passage Jesus was conditioning the disciples heart to accomplish incredible future work in the New Testament Church. Jesus' call to generosity is the fuel that would make kingdom work possible. How can we find the heart of Jesus that compels us above the normal obligations of tithe that will allow us to go beyond where we have been in the kingdom work He has called us to?
